As part of the commercial kitchen fit-out at Jump Zone Beckton in East London, Eurotecm FM supplied and installed its first Retigo Blue Vision electric 10-grid combination oven.
The installation marked an important milestone for the team, introducing Retigo equipment into a live project and giving Eurotecm FM the opportunity to experience the brand’s product quality, installation support and commissioning process first-hand.
From initial setup through to commissioning and calibration, the process was smooth, straightforward and exceptionally well supported.
Supporting the Jump Zone kitchen fit-out
Jump Zone Beckton required a reliable commercial kitchen setup capable of supporting a busy leisure venue, with food service playing an important role in the wider visitor experience.
The Retigo Blue Vision electric 10-grid combination oven was installed as part of the kitchen’s cooking line, alongside stainless-steel preparation areas, extraction, refrigeration and other commercial catering equipment.
For a venue designed to welcome families, children’s parties and group bookings, the kitchen needed equipment that could support consistent, efficient and flexible food preparation. The combination oven provided an important part of that setup.

A straightforward installation process
The Retigo oven installation was completed without difficulty, with the equipment positioned, connected, commissioned and calibrated as part of the wider kitchen works.
Eurotecm FM’s engineers were supported throughout the process, helping ensure the oven was ready for use and integrated effectively into the kitchen environment.
The project included installation activity around the cooking area, preparation of services, removal of redundant pipework, connection of the oven and final checks through the Retigo control panel.
This hands-on experience gave the Eurotecm FM team confidence in both the product and the support available during installation.
