Eurotecm FM was proud to support the launch of the first Jump Zone venue in Beckton, East London, delivering the design, supply and fit-out of the commercial kitchen and catering facilities for this exciting new leisure destination.
The project began when entrepreneurs Ryan and David Noyes, a father-and-son team, approached Eurotecm FM for support with their inaugural Jump Zone site. Their vision was to create a family-focused leisure venue with the potential to roll the concept out across the country.
Located in a former Selco Builders Warehouse in Beckton, the new venue required a fast, coordinated fit-out to ensure it was ready in time for the busy Easter bank holiday weekend.
The challenge
Transforming a large warehouse unit into a fully operational leisure and hospitality venue required careful planning, reliable suppliers and a clear understanding of how the catering operation would support the wider customer experience.
Jump Zone needed a commercial kitchen that could serve families, parties and visitors throughout the day. The space had to be practical, hygienic and efficient, with the right equipment in place to support food preparation, cooking, refrigeration, storage and cleaning.
The timescale added further pressure. With the opening date approaching, Eurotecm FM needed to coordinate the design, supply and installation of key equipment while working closely with trusted partners to keep the project moving.
Installation begins
Eurotecm FM engineers begin preparing the kitchen space at Jump Zone Beckton, with services, wall finishes and equipment positioning underway.
The solution
Eurotecm FM supported the project from the early stages, including providing guidance around catering equipment finance. When Ryan and David asked for recommendations, Eurotecm FM connected them with Kennet Leasing, a specialist provider known for its experience in catering equipment finance solutions.
Once funding was in place, Eurotecm FM began work on the design, supply and fit-out of the kitchen and catering areas.
The project brought together a strong network of suppliers and specialists. Lincat supported the supply of key cooking equipment, with Fawaz Hussien, Area Manager at Lincat, going above and beyond to ensure the necessary products were delivered within a very tight timeframe.
Tefcold supplied the refrigeration units and back bar bottle fridges, while Uropa Distribution provided light equipment for the venue.
A key milestone for Eurotecm FM was the first supply and installation of a Retigo Blue Electric 10 Grid Combination Oven. The installation was supported by Craig Bennett, Director of Sales, and Mike Griffiths, Technical Manager at Retigo, whose support helped ensure the equipment was successfully delivered and installed.
Eurotecm FM also worked with Deptford Sheet Metal Fabrications, with Simon Rhodes upgrading and cleaning the existing extraction system and providing the stainless-steel fabrication required within the kitchen.

The completed kitchen
The finished kitchen provides Jump Zone Beckton with a clean, professional and practical catering environment designed for daily use in a busy leisure setting.
The completed space includes commercial cooking equipment, stainless-steel preparation areas, refrigeration and freezer units, food holding equipment, dishwashing facilities and clearly defined working zones.
Food hygiene and safety were also central to the layout. The kitchen includes visible hygiene signage, allergen guidance and dedicated preparation areas, including clearly labelled zones for cooked food and vegan food preparation. This supports safer workflows and helps the team maintain good standards of cleanliness, organisation and cross-contamination control.
Supporting the wider Jump Zone experience
The catering fit-out formed an important part of a much larger venue launch.
Jump Zone Beckton includes a branded reception area, trampoline zones and inflatable play facilities, creating a destination designed for families, children’s parties and group activities. The commercial kitchen gives the venue the operational support needed to serve customers efficiently and enhance the overall visitor experience.
By combining kitchen design, supplier coordination, equipment installation and specialist fabrication, Eurotecm FM helped create a catering environment ready to support the demands of a high-footfall leisure venue.
The outcome
Eurotecm FM helped deliver the fit-out in time for Jump Zone Beckton’s planned Easter bank holiday opening period.
Upon handover, David Noyes expressed his satisfaction with both the fit-out and the equipment supplied, confirming that the team would be happy to work with Eurotecm FM again on future Jump Zone rollouts across the country.
The project demonstrates Eurotecm FM’s ability to deliver under pressure, coordinate trusted suppliers and provide practical commercial kitchen solutions for ambitious hospitality and leisure businesses.
As the first Jump Zone venue, the Beckton project marks an exciting step for Ryan and David Noyes as they look to grow the brand nationally, and Eurotecm FM is proud to have played a part in bringing the concept to life.
