Darren’s brief was that we need to cook a Nigerian popular spicy beef snack, achieving the same results as using the traditional methods of boiling, deep frying and drying.
Our client, Eagle Solutions services Ltd, descended on Euro Caterings demonstration kitchen and completely took it over on probably the hottest day of the year!
Undeterred Darren uses the range of Giorik electric combination ovens to develop a cooking receipt that would achieve the same taste and texture as the more traditional labour-intensive and unhealthy conventional methods.
Darren achieved perfect results using the Giorik combination ovens, using no cooking oil and cutting the cooking time by half.
Talking to the Managing Director of Eagle solutions services, Mrs Kemi Atijosan, she gushed that “ I must say it has been an exciting and productive day. I have been very impressed with the results, using the Giorik combi ovens, even the Moi Moi bean snack turned out better than expected.”
